what do storyboard revisionist do?
Make corrections and adjustments to storyboards, following notes from the director/producers, so the boards can go to timing and then animation. Notes vary from “take out camera pan in scene 162” to “tighten acting in these panels” to “this section doesn’t work because of [reasons], reboard it accordingly” (that last one’s always fun/terrifying!). I think at most studios it’s considered a training job for wee babby storyboard artists.
